PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PPG)

The surgery values our patients and aim’s to provide the best possible service to them.  In order for us to do this your opinion’s and comments are valuable.  The surgery introduced a ‘Patient Participation Group’. in 2011. This group continues to meet periodically throughout the year to discuss any concerns, achievements and aims to improve on the service we provide.  We also compile surveys which are distributed to patients and then results collated and discussed at the following meeting. 

New members are always welcome to join the Patient Participation Group, if you would be interested in this then please ask any member of the practice team who would be more than happy to help.

As requested by many of the PPG members, the meeting scheduled in November 2023 has been cancelled. The Members feel it is close to the festive period and do not have availabilty/going away. It was decided to hold the meeting sometime in the new Year. Proposed Plan is February 2024 but will be discussed with members closer to the time.
